Job Descriptions
- Partner with the departments to diagnose HR implications of the organization’s strategy and formulate corresponding people plans
- Advise functional management on leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, and on the various areas of HR including Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards and Industrial Relation
- Socialize HR standards; provide the required information, assistance and solutions related to HR/People matters for business leaders, in order to ensure that every business decision made, are already considering the HR point of view
- Maintain annual and/or quarter manpower planning, check and assist employee selection, orientation, on/offboarding, transfers within the company, and ensure all the processes are aligned with regulation and business needs.
- Provide regular reports and updates regarding HR matters/issues to both People and Business Leaders
- Partner with the Industrial Relations Team in reviewing and resolving Legal/Industrial Relations Issues to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law.
- Partner with Compben Team to assist business for an effective Retention Program through competitive Compensation, Benefits as well as timely Career and Personal Development
- Understand business needs by doing proper analytics based on data or existing business processes

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working alongside business leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills with a sense of speed and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy
- Team player and strive for growth
