We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of E-commerce Operations to join our team at UniTAG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our e-commerce operations strategy, driving brand awareness and sales through online channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

The Head of E-commerce Operations will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing e-commerce operations strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Leveraging online channels to engage with customers and build brand reputation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Optimizing e-commerce operations to achieve high efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
