Product Head

Job Overview:

The Himalaya Group is seeking a skilled Product Head & Sales Engineer to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies in Indonesia. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing strategy plans to increase product visibility and demand.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze product pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and formulate competitive selling prices.
• Sell mechanical and electrical equipment to industries.
• Maximize sales of products to current and new customers within assigned markets.
• Increase market share in assigned territories through efficient and proactive sales approaches.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Excellent sales record from similar positions with a minimum experience of 2-3 years.
• Strong knowledge of the market in Electrical & Mechanical Industry.
• Ability to work with sales and budget forecasts.
• Placement in Pekanbaru.
• Willingness to follow training in Jakarta.
• Able to oversee brand equity of all products.
• Analyzing gap analysis of brand sales performance.
• Monitoring the process of launching and improving new products.
• Recommend new product ideas according to market needs.
• Manage stock levels and formulate added selling value for products.
• Conduct surveys and analyze industrial needs in potential locations.
