Hiring Product Head & Sales Engineer in Indonesia

The Himalaya Group is seeking a talented Product Head & Sales Engineer to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies in Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing strategy plans to increase product visibility and demand.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze product pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and formulate competitive selling prices.
  • Sell mechanical and electrical equipment to industries.
  • Maximize sales of products to current and new customers within assigned markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent sales record from similar positions with a minimum experience of 2-3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the market in Electrical & Mechanical Industry.
  • Ability to work with sales and budget forecasts.
  • Placement in Pekanbaru.
  • Willingness to follow training in Jakarta.
