Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Partner to join our team at PT Magada Tirta Amerta. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, expanding their business, and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs. You will also have the ability to analyze complex data sets to obtain actionable insights and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new merchants and assist them in expanding their business

Identify and actively escalate issues to meet agreed-upon SLA to support Merchant Acquisition team

Collaborate across functions to address merchant-specific needs, specifically to support Account Management team

Drive operational excellence by working with GrabFood internal operations teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in relevant field, fresh graduates welcome
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, account management, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in F&B industry and marketing is a plus
