How You Will Contribute:

You will contribute significantly to the stability and reliability of our IT services as a System Reliability Engineer at PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha.

  • You will restore failed IT services and implement workarounds as needed.
  • Analysis of existing services and planning improvements to enhance their reliability will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Preventing incidents and minimizing their impact when they occur is crucial to your role.
  • Liaising with merchants and other IT personnel for applications troubleshooting and maintenance is another key aspect of this position.
  • You will manage lifecycle and release management processes for applications, ensuring smooth deployment and promotion.
  • Automated functional tests for successful deployment and operation of apps are essential.
  • Providing 2nd level support for applications, triaging issues and disseminating them to other IT personnel will also be your responsibility.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, etc).
  • Proficiency in Java Programming Language for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Development.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in System Administration and Operations.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
