Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Drilling Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of drilling operations at PT Wira Cipta Perkasa.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the overall technical integrity of well design and execution plans.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective drilling programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technical objectives.
  • Prepare and present drilling programs, including estimated cost breakdowns.
  • Analyze and address drilling problems, proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Deepwater Well Operation as Drilling Engineer or Drilling Supervisor.
  • Advanced knowledge of drilling activities, including horizontal drilling and drilling fluids & cement operation.
