Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance Accounting and Tax to lead our financial team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic financial projects, focusing on FAT 2024 initiatives.
  • Design and oversee budget management policies to optimize fund allocation and ensure timely budget utilization.
  • Maintain financial and tax compliance by preparing reports in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations.
  • Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, semi-annual balance sheets, and annual financial statements accurately and within deadlines.
  • Supervise banking approvals for payments and resell transactions in real-time and error-free manner.
  • Monitor cash flow performance to ensure operational funds are available as required.
  • Develop cash flow management strategies to maintain financial stability.
  • Prepare and evaluate forecasts and Profit & Loss (P&L) budgets periodically.
  • Oversee payment processes for points and resell to avoid delays affecting business partner relationships.
  • Coordinate data discrepancies resolution with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department in providing FAT services.
  • Address complex FAT issues effectively while fostering a conducive work environment.
  • Develop and analyze FAT programs to support smooth business operations.
RequirementsEducational Background
  • A minimum Master's Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is required.
Work Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Accounting & Tax Head is necessary.
Certifications
  • Relevant certifications in accounting, finance, or taxation are expected.
CompetenciesSoft Competencies
  • Strong leadership skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, including proficiency in English, are required.
Technical Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Accounting standards.
    • Financial management.
    • Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Data analysis and reporting.
    • Using MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Operating ERP systems or similar tools.
