- Prepare, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance
- Minimize corrective maintenance
- Execute and monitor building defect works
- Evaluate building performance, especially in engineering
- Prepare monthly report
- Prepare annual budget
- Evaluate engineering staff performance, including third party vendors
- Carry out any task given by Building Manager

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical
- Experienced as chief / chief engineering or senior supervisor in Apartment / Office / Commercial building is more preferred
- Result oriented, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
