  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years' experience in internal audit, preferably in life insurance, pension, or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, control frameworks, and risk management techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality and delivering value.
  • Recognized accounting or auditing professional designation.
