Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Manager to join our team at PT OSI Electronics. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to inventory management.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Procurement: Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
• Distribution: Coordinate and supervise the distribution of supplies within the organization.
• Forecasting: Assist in forecasting to plan future orders and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a materials manager or in a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software platform and familiar with supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
