• Lead manpower planning: Ensure optimal alignment of workforce capabilities with project demands.
• Oversee architectural design process: Ensure excellence in design, execution, and sustainability for large-scale projects.
• Develop and mentor architectural team: Foster innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Manage projects from conceptualization to completion: Maintain high standards in quality control, adherence to timelines, and budget management.
• Act as primary liaison for client interactions: Ensure alignment with client needs and maintain client satisfaction.
• Drive development of innovative architectural concepts: Integrate form, function, and sustainability.
• Stay updated on global architectural trends: Enhance project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven ability to manage teams and large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience in handling large-scale architectural projects, including commercial buildings, luxury residences, resorts, and hospitality structures.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global architectural design trends, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and effectively convey design concepts.
