We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Leader to join our team as the Head of Human Resource. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an effective HR strategy to support the company's overall business objectives
- Lead the transformation of HR functions to drive operational efficiency and excellence
- Oversee the management of the HR team to deliver best-in-class services, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian employment laws and regulations
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to the senior leadership team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent
