Key Responsibilities:

  2. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, identifying variances, and providing insightful analysis.
  3. Our ideal candidate will develop and refine budgeting processes, create financial projections, and provide operating forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Presenting monthly financial reports for various business segments and departments is a critical aspect of this role.
  5. The selected candidate will support management teams and department leaders with data-driven insights to inform their decisions.
  6. Developing financial models and conducting thorough analysis to support strategic initiatives is essential for this position.
  7. The successful candidate will implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  8. Analyzing and reviewing finance peers' work to ensure completeness and compliance with accounting standards is another crucial responsibility.
  9. Assisting with annual statutory audits, inventory counts, and liaising with external auditors on all audit matters is also required.
  10. Additionally, the selected candidate will assist in tax audits, CITR reviews, document collection for audits, and other related tasks.
  11. Reviewing and refining finance standard operating procedures, internal accounting policies, and internal control processes is also necessary.
  12. Ad-hoc business performance reporting will be expected from the successful candidate.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with general knowledge of accounting principles.
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  3. Strong Excel skills and SAP expertise are essential for this role.
  4. The selected candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various management levels.
  5. A high level of commitment to quality work products, organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance is required.
  6. Comfortable navigating complex situations without clear solutions.
  7. Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a broad perspective.
  8. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  9. A self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met.
