About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales plans, managing individual pipelines and achieving business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the sales department.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the CFS solutions market.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction and building markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and CAD software.
