Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive to take on the challenge of leading our Indonesia campus as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the campus's operations, ensuring alignment with university policies and procedures, and promoting compliance with external legislative and regulatory requirements.

Your key areas of focus will include sustainable growth, quality assurance, student satisfaction, efficient and effective operations, and business development and continuity. You will work closely with the campus Rector Designate, Navitas, and partner universities to achieve academic, revenue, operating margin, and student experience goals.
