Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational sessions for employees and management on legal and compliance topics, including policy updates and ethical considerations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries, inspections, or investigations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in law or compliance roles, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
  • Familiarity with fintech industry regulations (e.g., payment systems, lending, data protection, and multifinance).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
  • Capacity to identify potential legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to analyze complex regulations and policies.
  • Effective communication skills to convey legal requirements and compliance expectations across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to be placed at SCBD area is preferred.
