Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Growth Expert to join our team at PCP Express. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for overseeing new business partners and providing training and information on our business policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will implement sales/channel expansion plans in line with our retail development strategy to enhance positioning of our brands and drive volume. You will also manage business partners, ensuring that our brands are presented in line with brand strategies at retail.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring market developments, trends, and competitor activities and sharing this information with our Retail Manager and Business teams to create/maximize business opportunities. You will also be responsible for finding and developing new business partners for the business and implementing and executing retail performance measures across all counters.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in business or marketing with at least 5 years of significant experience in Sales and Retailing operations management. You should have retail operations and visual merchandising experience, problem identification and solving skills, sales planning, management, and execution, channel management, consumer and marketing insights, customer service orientation, knowledge of counter planning and implementation practices, and a solid understanding of products and competitive environment.
