We are seeking a highly skilled Boutique Manager to lead our Parfums Christian Dior boutique in Asia Pacific, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Boutique Manager Responsibilities
  • Key Tasks:
  •   Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  •   Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand client base, and enhance brand reputation.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive change initiatives.
  •   Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Desired Qualifications:

  •   3+ years of experience in luxury retail or fragrance brand management, with a proven track record of delivering sales results.
  •   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  •   Fluency in English (written and spoken) and local language, with excellent digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools.
