We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client, a renowned manufacturer of scientifically balanced animal feed and nutrition in Asia.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and compliance activities within the factory. They will also support the AVP Business Operations in formulating and implementing operational strategies and policies, as well as ensuring cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant accounting records in accordance with company policy and Indonesian law regulations.
  • Become a key liaison between the company and banks to secure term loans and working capital funding on competitive terms.
  • Proactively manage company cash flow and communicate effectively with superiors.
  • Assist the AVP Business Operations in preparing financial planning and reports.
  • Collaborate with peers and subordinates to achieve overall planning, accounting, and financial control goals.
  • Monitor and control debtors' unpaid and overdue amounts, maintaining secure collateral records and agreements with customers.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably from a multinational company.
  • Experience from a manufacturing company and Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is necessary.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
