Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Patient Experience Manager to join our team at PT BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA (RS. PONDOK INDAH GROUP). As a key member of our hospital management staff, you will be responsible for managing and addressing patient or customer complaints related to health issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints effectively and provide accurate information to patients. You will also work closely with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure that any health-related concerns are appropriately addressed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital management

- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Proficient in computer usage
