**Job Summary:**

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and promoting the products or services of our company. This role requires close collaboration with various departments and managing external partners to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze markets and identify target segments, create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, manage the marketing budget and track return on investment.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a positive brand image, work with PR and media to improve company visibility, prepare and distribute press releases and other materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector or related industries.
