This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in managing end-to-end processes from raw materials to finished products. The ideal candidate will ensure that our product meets industry standards and drive operational efficiency through effective strategies.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery of wood pellets.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Lead and motivate operational teams, monitoring their performance and providing guidance when needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and develop procedures aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agriculture, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as Head of Operations in wood pellet or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Familiarity with FSC Policies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
