Your Role as HRGA Department Head
  • You will lead the HR and GA teams to achieve excellence in their respective areas.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Oversee the General Affairs department, ensuring efficient management of office facilities, logistics, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
