Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive experience in e-commerce store management (promotions and operations), platform management (joint promotions), affiliate programs, live shopping, and platform advertising.
  • Experience managing sales in the e-commerce channel of ≤ IDR 25 Billion/month.
  • 10+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms from FMCG, retail, or beauty brand.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketplace strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
