Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire smelting process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. You will lead a team of professionals, implement best practices in operations, and develop strategies to optimize production while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the smelting facility.
