Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to merchants to promote our products and services.
  • Implement sales programs effectively and ensure they meet their targets.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to obtain vital sales information, competitor analysis, and field reports.
  • Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily tasks and providing necessary support.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must hold at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, ability to manage a team, and possess excellent communication and marketing skills, including proficiency in social media.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to adapt to shifting work schedules.
