Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an executive assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership team, including managing high-level administrative tasks and coordinating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO and other senior executives with daily tasks and projects
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement efficient office procedures and systems to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in office management
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or secretary role, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
