Job Title: Aston Cimone - Director of Food and Beverage

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Archipelago International. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage department and ensuring that it operates in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet business objectives;
  
• Ensure that each profit centre is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise;
  
• Proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators;
  
• Oversee the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules in each department;
  
• Encourage employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
  

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Food and Beverage management, preferably with experience in a similar position within a hotel or resort. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
