We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the front of the house function
• Develop new concepts of service and methods of achieving organizational objectives
• Direct the budgeting process for all capital and operational requirements in order to achieve the required profitability
• Identify and develop new products, equipment, and amenities to enhance the product quality

Financial Management:

• Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet financial goals
• Ensure the Front Office operates with the lowest possible cost structure while delivering on the brand promise
• Maximize rooms sales and revenues through yield management, up-selling, and inventory management initiatives

Customer Service:

• Ensure that all Front Office employees deliver exceptional guest service at all times
• Implement consistent guest recognition programs and maintain a relevant guest history database
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Personnel Management:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of all Front Office employees
• Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Front Office employees
• Conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with Front Office employees
• Plan and implement effective training programs for all Front Office employees

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
