We are a dynamic retail company looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Strategic Human Resource Partnerships & Business Effectiveness:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce productivity and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a high-performance culture.
  1. Monitoring Organizational Health Index (OHI):
  • Lead talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and analyze turnover rates, employee retention trends, and organizational health to proactively address workforce challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to implement tailored training programs.
  • Ensure that employee development aligns with business needs and future workforce demands.
  1. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize HR metrics to track organizational health and effectiveness, including equity, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Provide data-backed insights to support decision-making and drive improvements in HR initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Retail industry experience is highly preferred, with a strong advantage for candidates from the fashion retail sector.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Capable of engaging and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in fostering positive workplace culture and handling complex HR matters.
  • Ability to implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Strong ability to communicate with regional teams and business leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure retail environment.
