The Job Description

  • Create and recommend strategies for sourcing raw and packaging materials to build a competitive supplier base.
  • Understand market trends and costs for key commodities to develop balanced supplier strategies.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in sourcing processes and implement solutions.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and encourage their loyalty to the company.
  • Lead cost-saving projects involving suppliers.
  • Work with internal teams to develop third-party manufacturing options.
  • Collaborate with packaging, R&D, and marketing teams to address changing business needs.

The Successful Candidate

  • Indonesian candidate with at least 10 years of experience in Direct Procurement within FMCG Companies.
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Engineering Degree.
  • Strong expertise in Packaging, Raw Material, and Commodity Management.
  • Strong entrepreneurial profile with high decision-making skills and communication abilities.
