Job Overview

At PT Wira Cipta Perkasa, we seek an experienced Drilling Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the technical integrity of well design and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drilling programs that meet technical objectives in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Propose changes to improve drilling and completion approaches, techniques, and performance.
  • Track and benchmark drilling performance and cost.
  • Prepare post-well reports and assist rig site operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders during well operation preparation, execution, and post-activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Deepwater Well Operation as Drilling Engineer or Drilling Supervisor.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
