Luxury Boutique Leader

PT. PASSION ABADI KORPORA is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our retail boutique.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a deep understanding of luxury retail operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
• Set clear performance expectations and regularly provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a manner that preserves the brand's reputation.
• Sales and Inventory Management:
  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate restocking.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
