Job Overview

This exciting opportunity will see you leading and managing all aspects of the energy plantation, ensuring sustainable and efficient resource utilization. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the wood pellet processing plant, including machinery optimization and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plantation Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the energy plantation, ensuring sustainable and efficient resource utilization.
  • Processing Plant Optimization: Ensure smooth operation of the wood pellet processing plant, including machinery optimization and production efficiency.
  • Logistics Strategy: Develop and oversee the logistics strategy, ensuring seamless raw material flow from plantation to processing and distribution.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to optimize production, improve efficiency, and expand market opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the operations and site management teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Sustainability Standards: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards.
The Successful Candidate
  • 10 years of experience in wood pellet processing.
  • Proven experience in plantation management and wood pellet processing at a senior or GM level.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations, from plantation to processing and logistics.
  • Experience managing processing plants with different types of machinery and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
