Packaging Supervisor Position

We are seeking a seasoned Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading the design, review, and selection of packaging materials, developing and implementing QR code systems, and ensuring technology transfer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of packaging strategies.
  • Lead a team of packaging professionals to ensure efficient and effective packaging operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth packaging operations.
  • Analyze and resolve packaging-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
  • Min. 3 years of work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Min. 3 years experience on sterile product development.
  • Min. 2 years experience with tablet and capsule product development.
  • Certified Apothecary.
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta.
