Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning models using proprietary and open-source frameworks.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from problem definition to deployment and ongoing monitoring.
  • Drive innovation by researching and evaluating new AI technologies, techniques, and architectures.
  • Optimize and enhance existing AI services by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers.
  • Collaborate effectively with data analysts, data engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of successfully developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and workflows, with a specific focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Extensive experience with Python programming, including object-oriented design patterns and common data science libraries.
  • Experience with LLM Frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, or LlamaIndex.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets in cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience deploying and managing AI/ML models in the cloud.
