The UniTAG team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Strategy Director to lead the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving awareness and sales targets for our assigned marketing and sales division, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to meet sales targets across online and offline platforms, optimizing promotional budgets to maximize results while ensuring alignment with allocated resources, planning, executing, and evaluating team performance in implementing branding and marketing strategies, conducting market and competitor research to identify popular or high-potential products for sales opportunities, and ensuring a strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
