  1. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang Akuntansi dan Perpajakan
  2. Memahami sistem Akuntansi (SAP) & hukum perpajakan
  3. Memiliki kualitas kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim
  4. Mampu bekerja dengan baik dibawah tekanan
  5. Punya pengalaman sebagai kepala bagian keuangan
  6. Mengawasi semua aspek operasional akuntansi, keuangan, dan perpajakan perusahaan.
  7. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku.
  8. Memimpin tim akuntansi dan keuangan, memberikan bimbingan dan pengembangan profesional.
  9. Menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu untuk manajemen senior dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal.
  10. Menjadi mitra strategis bagi manajemen senior dalam perencanaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis.
