Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial activities, including market research, customer engagement, contract preparation, cost estimation, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.
  • Review customer enquiries and conduct onboard surveys to verify project scope.
  • Handle end-to-end processes from enquiry to contract negotiation, cost control, and billing.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and cost estimates in response to customer enquiries.
  • Manage commercial documents, including quotations, invoices, and contracts.
  • Perform other commercial duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Technology, or Business Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
  • Understanding of the Shipyard business.
