Job Summary/ Main Responsibilities

  • On time submission of FA / PPAP sample.
  • Production NCMR reduction and improve the quality.
  • Assist and coordinate with Manufacturing & Production Engineers to improve the productivity and machine efficiency.
  • Improvement of the VMI & Production yield.
  • Machining cycle time reduction.
  • Machining tool cost reduction.
  • Machining tool life improvement.
  • Direct and coordinate to production, QA, QC, VMI & maintenance.
  • Discuss and layout project specifications.
  • Develop overall concepts for a new product.
  • Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
  • PF, PFMEA, CP, PS Trail run capacity evaluation.
  • AIAG-VDA PFMEA.
  • PFMEA Machine & Reverse FMEA.
  • Value Stream Maps (VSM).
  • Process Activity rate calculation.
  • Productivity Improvements.
  • CNC Turning & Milling or Swiss machine programming knowledge.
  • Process optimization & qualification.
  • Knowledge of MSA & SPC.
  • Management of Change (MOC).
  • Team Training and Leadership.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution.
  • Knowledge of 8D reporting & 5 Why analysis.

Qualification & Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma.
  • ISO9001:2015.
  • Automotive Core Tools.
  • IATF16949 Internal Auditor.
  • CQI-9, CQI-11 & CQI-12.
  • Medical-ISO13485-2016 Internal Auditor.
  • OHS-ISO-50001-2018_EHS-ISO-45001-2018.
  • VDA-QMC Automotive Core Tools for Process & System.
  • VDA-QMC VDA 6.3-2023 Process Auditor.
  • Educational Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BE Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in years - Minimum 10 Years Experience.
  • Related Industry Experience - Manufacturing.
  • Cam works or Solid work programming experience minimum 3 years.
  • English & Bahasa Indonesia and if any other language.
  • Experience CNC Programming And Machining
