Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Change Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a change management work plan that spans all areas of focus, including communications, leadership engagement, stakeholder collaboration, end-user training, organizational alignment, design and transition, and capability transfer.

You will collaborate closely with project teams and business functions to build strong partnerships between them. Your primary objective will be to drive and lead change activities, including communications, engagement, change readiness, capability development, and champion network development.

A key aspect of this role is guiding the capability development of the program change team. You will also be responsible for leading timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when necessary, and managing relationships with business process owners to obtain sign-offs as applicable.

In addition, you will maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables in line with Statements of Work. You will perform assigned tasks in accordance with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.

Ultimately, you will uphold the Kraft Heinz values and contribute to the company's vision through your work.
