At PT Ruang Raya Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our regional branches. This key role involves coordinating branch activities, ensuring seamless academic processes, and driving student engagement through effective marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of profit and loss management, and excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English. A Bachelor's Degree in any major, coupled with relevant experience in sales & marketing or business operations, is highly desirable.

Beneath this role lies a multitude of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Branch Operations: Oversee all regional branch activities, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
  • PnL Management: Evaluate local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and optimize revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the entire customer journey, from initial contact to post-enrollment support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
