Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will work to improve production efficiency, resolve process-related issues, and lead engineering projects aimed at continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the engineering team in process engineering functions.
  • Analyze and implement improvements to production yield using statistical tools.
  • Evaluate and implement new or relocated equipment, materials, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Develop and improve process documentation and reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance on material suitability for manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards in the respective work in charge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Material Science preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
  • Practical experience with problem-solving tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification is a plus.
