The primary responsibility of this role is to handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent for our organization.

This involves coordinating with various departments to understand their staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, the Human Capital Business Partner will be responsible for handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes setting up new hires, providing them with necessary information and equipment, and ensuring a smooth transition when employees leave the company.

A key aspect of this role is identifying learning opportunities for employee skill development, which involves researching training programs, recommending courses or workshops, and following up with employees to ensure they are making progress in their skills enhancement. The Human Capital Business Partner will also be responsible for producing reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, such as tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and providing insights to management.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Management, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills are essential, as well as strong administration skills with attention to detail. The ability to multitask, take initiative, and have a 'can-do' attitude is also crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with editing tools like Canva are required. Finally, the Human Capital Business Partner must be willing to work in Pondok Indah.
