Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the successful execution and oversight of the company’s Privacy programs, used to support controller processing activities and assets.
- Facilitate discussions between legal, business, and technical teams to align on approach for data privacy compliance activities.
- Provide privacy guidance across the business on complex privacy issues and projects; foster strong relationships with business owners and management.
- Manage the individuals supporting the company’s privacy programs and balance resources as required, provide mentoring, skills enhancement, and performance reviews; be able to foster a collaborative environment where there is trust and transparency with the team, stakeholders, and management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least has 7 years overall experience.
- Deep privacy expertise with 5+ years supporting or leading corporate privacy programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, interacting with stakeholders across several organizational groups.
- Strong project management and business communications skills.
- Ability to navigate in a multinational corporate environment.
- Confident ability to communicate in written English.
- Ability to work under pressure keeping a sense of good humor

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with and knowledge of privacy regulations including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Indonesia Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law.
- International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certification(s).
