All about the role:
This is a Sales Supervisor role. Responsible in Medan Traditional growth. Oversee promotors for all traditional market channel. Proven ability to manage key account relationships, Monitor AR aging and Sales target achievement for modern channel.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct, controlling and increasing sales according to sales targets set every month.
- Conduct promotion activities that have been set by the company.
- Controlling invoice and supervise customer debt activities, to control all customer obligations to the company can be completed on time.
- Monitoring product selling activity in the store and supervise the activities of promoters placed in each store.
- Maintain relationship with customer.

Who You Are?
- 2 years experiences Sales in Same Industry.
- Min. held high school background.
- Good communications with all type customers.
- Customer oriented.
