**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax reporting, internal and statutory accounting.
- Experience Xero is a must
- Expertise in financial statement preparation
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
- Motivation for professional growth and team development
- Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral).
- Located in Bali or willing to relocate quickly
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records.
- Maintain internal accounting systems, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
- Oversee banking and cash management, including coordinating tax payments.
- Collaborate with an external accounting firm for management reporting purposes and reconcile data with statutory accounts.
- Identify potential improvements in policies and standard operating practices; assess their effectiveness and recommend and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and submit tax reports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
Lead the transition to new accounting software Xero to enhance accuracy and timeliness of reporting
