- Grow Shopee revenue by increasing seller adoption of paid ads programs (e.g. display ads)
- Define the issue, propose, and execute initiatives to improve seller adoption of paid ads programs (e.g. display ads)
- Manage stakeholders to ensure program/initiative execution running smoothly
- Optimize & manage implementation of new policies to drive revenue growth
- Set monthly target & monitor program performance on daily basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field
- Have working experience in ecommerce and/or e-commerce or management consulting industry would be a plus
- Have structured problem solving skills, strategic & structured thinking, and good presentation skills.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking & passion to work in a fast-paced
- Comfortable to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Able to analyze large scale data sets (excel/gsheet) and turn it into meaningful insights
- Excellence top down communication skills both in Bahasa & English (both verbal and written)
- Good team player with positive attitude, self driven, and independent would be a plus
- Willing to work on-site (#LI-onsite)
