**Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing, or Communication with good English Skills.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a marketing/branding role with relevant working experience (preferably in food industry).
- Strong knowledge about the concept of Brand Management and Marketing Planning.
- Have experience in creating marketing plan, including promotional strategy (ATL & BTL), driving the customer onto the Marketing Funnel of the brand, online & offline Brand Activations, etc.
- Must have vast amount of experience working with external stakeholders (retail/brand partners, marketing agencies, EO’s, Offline Tenants, & Celebrities or KOL’s, etc).
- Good communicational skills with internal & external stakeholders, and creative in building marketing strategy.
- Data driven and Research oriented in elaborating Marketing Plan, evaluation of marketing plan reports,
- Confident in working with large data sets by being Data Driven and Research Oriented in elaborating Marketing Plan Strategy and evaluation budget marketing plan reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and evaluate the implementation of Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Promotional Activities from online & offline marketing plan strategy.
- Pushing the Customer Journey from the marketing funnel through Brand Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Conversion, and Customer Retention into the mix of the Marketing Strategy through the brand’s online & offline channel.
- Identifying and discovering insights, potential collaborations or brand activations.
- Analyze surveys regarding new Market Trends, Competitor Analysis, Brand Perception, Brand Knowledge and, Consumer Behaviors.
- Propose, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of budget in terms of ROI from Marketing Budget being utilized in terms of Online/Offline Brand Activations.
- Conduct brand health tracking and ensure brand positioning and brand performance through Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Social Media Report Performance, as well as Customer and Brand Surveys.
- Ensure marketing communication calendar is in sync and working with related internal stakeholders such as Business Operations, Social Media, CRM, Designers, and Graphic Design in following up the daily to do lists as well as achieving the overall targets of Marketing Plan.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,671 - Rp7,000,000 per month
